Annual Pass Terms and conditions

• All annual passes are non-transferable.

• The annual pass is only to be used by the named holder and entitles them to travel on the cable car at The Heights of Abraham with up to six additional guests at 20% discount (on full price cable car tickets only).

• The annual pass can be used as many times as you wish on the days which we are open to the public, excluding the Lights of Abraham winter event. Please make sure that you check opening dates and times before making your journey.

• Once purchased, annual passes cannot be exchanged, refunded, or returned.

• The Heights of Abraham (Matlock Bath) Limited reserves the right to withdraw the use of the card without refund should it be misused or loaned to anyone other than the named card holder.

• All children must be accompanied by an adult.

• Free access to the Caverns, Exhibitions and Hilltop Park is provided at the summit of the cable car by the Heights of Abraham.

• The cable car journey is provided by The Heights of Abraham (Matlock Bath) Limited.
